If too much food remains in the bowl, it interferes with the dispensing of the next portion; the food gets stuck because the angle of the dispensing outlet is poorly designed.
I really like this cat feeder. I can check on my cat while it eats via the camera at any time, and there are no extra subscription fees. I haven't encountered any issues so far.
I especially love this feeder; my dog can also eat on time. Interestingly, my dog chewed through the power cord, but because of the batteries, it can still be used, only the timed feeding function is disabled, and the camera doesn't work either. It's very easy to use. Setting up the app was simple, and connecting to Wi-Fi was smooth. It runs quietly, and the camera and speaker are both good quality. It's great value for money.
I can also talk to them or hear their vocalizations. I can go on a five-day business trip without worry because I can see my cats at any time. It also has a spare battery, so power outages don't affect feeding. My cats eat prescription food, and this saves money and allows me to control their food intake. I will definitely buy another one.
The quality is mediocre, the dispensing speed is slow, and it's very prone to clogging. It might be okay for cat food because the kibble size is appropriate, but it's not suitable for feeding dog food.
