Nicki Straus When the fish food falls into the water, it splashes, and some moisture gets inside the feeder, dissolving some of the food. Over time, it clumps together and can't fall out.

Tammy Galipeau I charge it before each use to ensure it's fully charged, but the instruction manual isn't very helpful. The feeder's capacity is sufficient for my fish.
