UlePaw is committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. This Limited Warranty Policy ("Policy") applies to products purchased through the official UlePaw website (www.ulepaw.top) or authorized UlePaw distributors within the United States. This Policy explains the warranty coverage, claim process, and warranty limitations applicable to eligible products.

2. Warranty Period

Standard Warranty

All UlePaw products purchased through the official UlePaw website or authorized distributors are covered by a limited warranty for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery unless otherwise specified on the product page.

Warranty Continuity

If UlePaw replaces a product or component under this warranty, the replacement product or component will continue to be covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period. The warranty period does not restart upon replacement.

Products that have exceeded the original warranty period are not eligible for warranty service.

Applicable Region

This Policy applies only to products purchased and used within the United States.

3. Warranty Solutions

If a UlePaw product is found to have defects in materials or workmanship during the applicable warranty period, UlePaw may, at its sole discretion, provide one of the following remedies:

  • Full or partial refund of the purchase price.

Shipping Costs

  • Products that have been disassembled or modified by the user.
